Sales of Modern Channel
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with modern market channels
- Manage sales activities including product offerings, order processing, delivery requests, and collections
- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the Modern Market Department
- Update, implement, and monitor in-store promotional programs
- Supervise promoter sell-out performance
- Visit dealers/accounts to monitor competitor activities and sales performance
- Track daily sales targets versus actual achievements
- Encourage dealers to create purchase orders and coordinate with the SCM team for timely product delivery based on dealer/account requests
- Collect and process debit notes
- Follow up on payments from dealers/accounts according to due dates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management, or related
- 3 years experiences in home appliances electronics industry or related
- Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Familiar with Microsoft office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
- Logically and analytically minded
- Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
- Fluency in English is advantage
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative
- Willing to travel
- Vaccinated Covid-19.
